Andy Lopac started by remodeling his own house room by room, then co-founded Best In Class Remodeling in 2016. Early handyman customers returned with larger projects and referred the company to other homeowners.

Today Andy works with his crew and a group of trusted tradesmen they have known for years. Together, they have completed hundreds of jobs across Southeastern Wisconsin.

Kitchens

Kitchen remodeling shaped around the way you cook, gather and store what you use. The estimate covers the room you have in mind, and the 3D rendering lets you review the finished layout before work begins.

Bathrooms

Full bathroom remodels, down to the studs when that is what the room needs. Tile and tub surrounds, glass showers, vanities, lighting and the ventilation nobody thinks about until it is missing.

Square footage you already own, turned into the room everyone ends up in. Framing, egress, flooring and lighting, plus a bar, built-ins or a bathroom down there if that is what you want.

How the work goes

A free estimate, a 3D rendering, and construction from the approved design.

Dream it

Call with the room or improvement you have in mind. Andy will come out, look at the space, talk through the scope and prepare a free estimate.

Design it

Once you have had time to review the estimate and sign a contract, we build a 3D rendering of the finished space so you can see exactly what you are getting. Anything you want changed gets changed before the work starts.

Build it

The crew and trusted tradesmen build from the approved design. Andy stays in communication through the work and reviews the finished project with you.

Design control

This is your project. Cabinets, countertops, paint colors, custom features, the calls are yours to make. If you want a second opinion on any of it, we will tell you what we see working in other homes and then build what you decide.

Andrew Lopac, Owner and Operator

The house he learned on was his own.

In 2012, while Andy was stationed overseas, he and Samantha bought their first home. He was not there to close on it in person. A few months later he touched down in the US and set to work making it their forever home, room by room, on nights and weekends, while working a day job as a supervisor at Dish Network.

That work is what convinced him to go into contracting full time. He co-founded Best In Class Remodeling in 2016. In 2018 he bought his first flip house in Bay View, and it had a buyer before the drywall was up. He has since picked up a lot in West Allis, where a storefront is being turned into the home of a new bakery and cafe, The Bread Pedalers.
