Kitchen remodel
Andy Lopac spent his evenings and weekends remodeling his own house room by room. Out went the wood paneling and the shaggy carpet. In 2016 he co-founded Best In Class Remodeling, and that first year was mostly small handyman work.
Customers kept calling him back for bigger jobs. He showed up when he said he would, quoted fairly, and did the work properly, and word moved fast. The company has grown every year since, and the crew is still small on purpose.
Today that crew, along with a group of trusted subcontractors we have worked with for years, has completed hundreds of jobs across Southeastern Wisconsin.

Any job, big or small. We handle the whole remodel, and plumbing and electrical go to subcontractor partners we have worked with for years.
In some homes the kitchen is the heart and soul. It is where you realize it is not what is on the table but who is in the chairs that matters most. Kitchens are one of our favorite spaces to work on, and where we have done some of our proudest work.
Full bathroom remodels, down to the studs when that is what the room needs. Tile and tub surrounds, glass showers, vanities, lighting and the ventilation nobody thinks about until it is missing.
Square footage you already own, turned into the room everyone ends up in. Framing, egress, flooring and lighting, plus a bar, built-ins or a bathroom down there if that is what you want.
New decks framed and finished so they still sit flat years from now, with railings and stairs to match the house. We wire the lighting too, inside and out, from can lights in a ceiling to color LEDs under a deck step.
Built-in shelving, closets and laundry rooms designed around the space you actually have. Small jobs like these are often the ones that change how a house works day to day.

Once you have had time to review the estimate and sign a contract, we build a 3D rendering of the finished space so you can see exactly what you are getting. Anything you want changed gets changed before the work starts.
We are perfectionists about the work and careful about who we trust to do it. We will talk to you the whole way through, stay on schedule, and make sure you are happy with it at every step.
This is your project. Cabinets, countertops, paint colors, custom features, the calls are yours to make. If you want a second opinion on any of it, we will tell you what we see working in other homes and then build what you decide.

In 2012, while Andy was stationed overseas, he and Samantha bought their first home. He was not there to close on it in person. A few months later he touched down in the US and set to work making it their forever home, room by room, on nights and weekends, while working a day job as a supervisor at Dish Network.
That work is what convinced him to go into contracting full time. He co-founded Best In Class Remodeling in 2016. In 2018 he bought his first flip house in Bay View, and it had a buyer before the drywall was up. He has since picked up a lot in West Allis, where a storefront is being turned into the home of a new bakery and cafe, The Bread Pedalers.
